Clark was a long time coming, but all good things come to those who wait.
Whilst on a trip to Schnauzerpolooza in the USA in 2013, I spotted the most beautiful Standard Schnauzer bitch I had ever seen. She gave me goosebumps and I quickly ran to grab my mum, so that she too could admire her beauty. Instantly, I thought to myself 'I'd love a Standard Schnauzer like that'.
Realising that I probably only had one chance, I approached her breeder Heather Pedersen and asked if she would consider sending a puppy to the UK. She fortunately agreed and now we couldn't live without this complete goofball.
Clark attended his first show at British Utility Breeds Championship Show. He certainly knows how to turn on the charm. He won his puppy dog class and then beat the bitch to be crowned Best Puppy in Breed. We were absolutely thrilled. Many thanks to the judge Steve Wareing.
